Request a private consultation

Every piece of work I take on begins the same way: a brief, confidential enquiry, answered by me personally — never an assistant or an automated system — within one working day.

From there, we arrange an initial consultation. This is a full session in which we discuss what brings you, what you are looking for, and whether the work is a good fit on both sides. There is no obligation beyond that conversation.

This practice is kept deliberately small. Enquiries are welcome and answered personally.

Your name

A first name is fine.

How would you prefer I reach you?

An email address or phone number.

What brings you to this enquiry?

A sentence or two is plenty. You do not need the right words.

How would you prefer to meet?

Secure video, in person in central London, or not sure yet.

Anything I should know about timing or scheduling?

Optional — time zones, travel patterns, or times that are impossible for you.

This form is transmitted securely and read only by me. Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation.

What happens next

You will hear back from me personally within one working day. If it sounds as though I may be able to help, I will suggest times for an initial consultation. If I think you would be better served by a different kind of support, I will say so plainly and, where I can, point you in the right direction.

Fees

Sessions are £300 for a full sixty minutes. To arrange your initial consultation, the session fee is paid in advance; this secures your time and reflects the considered nature of the work. If, during that first meeting, either of us feels the work is not the right fit, the fee is returned to you in full. From there, ongoing sessions and terms are confirmed in writing before we continue.

A note on confidentiality

Everything you share, from this form onward, is treated as clinical material: private, and protected. Before we begin working together I will explain, plainly and without small print, the narrow legal and ethical limits that apply to every therapist’s confidentiality — so you know exactly where you stand.

If you have been thinking about this for some time, the enquiry is the smallest possible first step. It commits you to nothing except a conversation.

Questions

Before you write

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are £300 for a full sixty minutes, including the initial consultation. Fees are confirmed at enquiry, before anything is arranged.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. Most of my work is by secure, encrypted video, which many clients find the most discreet option. In-person sessions are available by arrangement in central London.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything you share is treated as clinical material and held in strict confidence, subject only to the narrow legal and ethical limits I explain plainly before we begin.

How quickly will I hear back?

I respond to every enquiry personally — never an assistant or automated system — within one working day.

Why is the consultation fee paid in advance?

I don't offer free introductory calls. Instead, the full session fee secures your initial consultation so that the time is protected and the people I meet are ready to begin. It also means our first meeting is a genuine session, not a sales call. If either of us concludes in that meeting that the work isn't the right fit, the fee is refunded to you in full within five working days to your original payment method.
